The swan goose print is inspired by Cao Zhi’s classical poem Ode to the Goddess of the Luo River. A tale which captures the enchanting appeal of the ancient Chinese goddess Luo Shen who was said to be as elegant "as a startled swan goose and as supple as a swimming dragon". The wild goose flies between the north and the south, and the swimming dragon dances between the water and the sky. They are independent of heaven and earth and this feeling of freedom for women in particular, has inspired this new year collection.
